Shipping Policy

 

  • Shipping charges are extra which are calculated at checkout.​ 
  • Once you place an order, we start processing orders for shipment immediately and we are unable to make changes to, cancel your order. In case of any alterations, please contact us via mail/phone immediately.​ 
  • Order confirmation mail / SMS is sent to you at the time you place your order. Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email/ SMS is sent to you, along with tracking details.​ 
  • Delivery Time for Metro cities is approximately 3-5 Business Days. For other regions, the delivery time is approximately 4-10 Business Days.​ 
  • Please enter your address with the pincode carefully while placing the order. In case of any changes, please contact us via email or phone immediately. 
  • Printopia is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Customers are responsible for packages as soon as they enter the logistics partners system. If there is an issue with your package once it is in Logistics hands, you must contact courier partners office for help. Once we hand over to logistics partners it is out of our control and we cannot help you! If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can't find it OR your package is delayed, please call local courier partner which ever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down most of the time.​ 
  • Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there might be slight unforeseen delays from courier companies end and we apologize for that. We will try our level best to get the product delivered to you within the mentioned timeline.​ 
  • Final delivery time shall depend on the shipping location and a variety of other unforeseen circumstances, not only limited to the unavailability of product/material.​ 
  • We work with logistics providers to provide you with the best possible rates, where applicable.​ 
  • Once you place an order, you may track the status of the shipment via a link that we provide. If you have any questions, you can reach us at printopia.in@gmail.com 

Upon receipt of goods by the User, all responsibility for purchased goods passes on to You. This shall include, receipt of goods by any third party at the billing address.  

If the lockdown in any state is declared, all pending orders will be shipped once it's lifted.

NO CANCELATION WILL BE ENTERTAINED. 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

  • We put in a lot of time and love into designing and printing your Printopia products and your satisfaction is very important to us! 
  • Any item that may have been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving it). Your order will be replaced as soon as possible. But only if you send us an unboxing video! All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece. 
  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges as each product is customized and designed at the time of order. 
  • Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our products! So please reach out if you're needing assistance.  

 

Disclaimer

 

​All our products are 3D Printed in Ultimaker Printers and we use PLA, a plastic material made of corn-starch which is biodegradable and safe for everyday use.  

Material used is Ultimaker Filament, which is imported from Netherlands and is one of the finest in the industry.  

The articles are water resistant and can be easily rinsed with water.  

Prolonged exposure to moisture and sunlight will damage the product. So, it should be avoided.
